Twins Somaliland

Twins Somaliland is a co-operation between Twins and ActionAid Somaliland

ActionAid is an international charity that works primarily with women and girls living in poverty. Its mission is to achieve social justice, gender equality and poverty eradication.

Somaliland has suffered a series of severe droughts, now compounded by the effects of the global pandemic.

Twins Somaliland is a new project in its pilot phase.

Droughts have devastated livestock and livelihoods with it.

Resources are scarce, but Somaliland’s children have a zest for life.
